PEGGY FALCONER
Case Manager

I’ve worked in the financial services industry for over 30 years, starting my career with Allied Dunbar. Since then, I’ve focused on mortgage and protection administration, and supporting our mortgage advisers to ensure that their cases progress swiftly and smoothly.

I also make a point of keeping our clients updated on the progress of their mortgage applications. I’m here to help with any concerns or queries our clients may have, and hopefully put their minds at ease!

Outside of work, my husband and two sons keep me pretty busy! However, I’m a regular at the gym as well as enjoying quiz nights at my local David Lloyd gym and with my Trivial Pursuits gang (sport is my specialist subject). I’m also a big fan of Formula One – it’s on my bucket list to get to the Mexico Grand Prix one day.

Random fact about me: my favourite dance at parties is the Candy dance (by Cameo) – I’ve taught my kids and friends and now we all get up and dance when it comes on.

The 95% Mortgage Guarantee Scheme

The government’s new 95 Per Cent Mortgage Guarantee Scheme launched on Monday 19 April 2021. The aim of the scheme is to make more 95 per cent mortgages available to those with smaller deposits. First-time buyers can apply but you don’t have to be one to be eligible.
