Office Manager

Before joining MB Associates in 2004, I spent eight years with Halifax as a branch manager, as well as setting up a new brokerage with over 20 advisers. For the last 17 years, I’ve been responsible for running the office at MB Associates, ensuring the business runs smoothly and processing our clients’ cases.

I love organising, motivating and supporting the people I work with to enable them to deliver a first-class service. When I’m not doing that, I love the outdoors and spend my weekends in the fresh air when possible with my dog Coco. She often sneaks into the office with me when I’m working in search of treats from my colleagues, who love to see her.

Random fact about me: I became a police cadet at the age of 11 and later became a special constable.
