MONICA BRADLEY – CeMAP
Managing Director

I’ve been in the financial services industry since 1987.  Prior to forming Monica Bradley Associates I worked with major brands, including Countrywide and Legal & General, advising clients on mortgages, protection, savings & investments, pensions, inheritance tax planning, and wills and trusts. Since moving to new premises in Cheam in 2001, I’ve specialised in mortgages and protection whilst still working closely with my network of trusted business partners who provide my clients with wealth management, legal and tax advice. I’ve always encouraged my clients to adopt a holistic approach to their finances, to ensure they fully understand why a certain mortgage product would suit them and how to protect their financial stability in the long-term. I still hold this belief and it’s what makes our business different from many of our competitors.

I focus my time on finding exceptional solutions for high net worth individuals or those with complex income structures, such as consultants, contractors, company directors and those who are self-employed, as well as clients seeking a mortgage to move house or to remortgage their existing property.

I was born in Surrey and have been based here for my entire career.  I’m fortunate to have a wonderful and loyal set of clients, many of whom have become friends, and I often find myself dealing with two or three generations of the same family.

Alongside running Monica Bradley Associates, I work closely with the local business network and I’m a keen supporter of the community.  When not working, I enjoy training at the gym along with yoga to relax, but I also love following F1 and I’m a keen rugby fan.  Travelling is really important to me as I draw inspiration from different cultures, but closer to home I enjoy a spot of interior design and entertaining – when my schedule permits!

“I truly value each and every one of my clients and I see it as our responsibility to ensure they have the right solution for their needs. I take it as a huge compliment that my clients entrust the team and I again and again, along with introducing me to their friends and family.”
