I am a will writing specialist working directly with families to protect their assets for the future. This means I prepare wills for clients to ensure their estate can be distributed as they wish when the worst happens. I also look at using Trust planning, where it may be beneficial for families. 

In addition, I prepare Lasting Power of Attorney for Property & Finance and Health & Welfare, which are essential in the event of a person losing their capacity to make decisions about their finances or care needs in the future.

I know that many people find the subject of wills morbid, but I always tell my clients it’s an essential task for peace of mind, and it’s also a relatively straightforward process. We live in a world where lifestyles change rapidly, so even if you have a will, it’s worth checking to ensure it’s still up to date. I’m passionate about what I do, as it’s good to know that I can help reassure people that their estate will be distributed according to their wishes. 

When I’m not working, I enjoy walking the coastal paths of the UK.
