MB Associates has won two awards in two days – the first relating to its services in the financial protection sector and the second for the company’s proven track record as a mortgage broker.
Legal & General Award
On 17 May, MB Associates won the Legal & General’s Special Recognition: Intermediaries Award in the Business Quality Awards for its exceptional work in client care and claims support.
The 2023 awards marked Legal & General’s 12th year of celebrating advisers who have gone above and beyond the call of duty to help their clients.
All nominees were shortlisted based on exceptional performances and statistics, and the awards recognised firms that have delivered an excellent customer experience and were committed to putting customers first.
Company founder and Managing Director Monica Bradley is extremely passionate about helping clients safeguard themselves and their loved ones against unexpected hardship, so this award was warmly received.
Monica says: ‘It’s a privilege to be recognised by Legal & General for our hard work on financial protection. I feel very strongly that families need to protect their income in the event of illness or the worst happening so that they’re not worrying about paying bills during an already stressful time.
‘Sadly, I’m receiving more calls from clients who have been diagnosed with a serious illness,’ adds Monica. ‘The first thing they ask me is if their financial protection policy will cover them, and it’s comforting to them when I can tell them it will provide them or their families with a substantial payout.’
MoneyAge Mortgage Award for mortgage services
On 18 May, MB Associates was named Small Broker Of The Year in the 2023 MoneyAge Mortgage Awards. These awards aim to reward the mortgage lenders and brokers that have proved themselves worthy of recognition during increasingly challenging times.
Monica says: ‘We were honoured to receive this award as we genuinely believe we provide a comprehensive, bespoke service to each and every client, offering them tailored advice and dealing with every stage of their mortgage application. We also update clients regularly so that they don’t have to worry about what’s going on. I’d like to thank my hard-working team of advisers and admin staff who helped make this award possible.’
