Our founder and Managing Director, Monica Bradley, along with several of her colleagues, have appeared in Mortgage Introducer’s prestigious Top Broker Awards.
As part of the entry process, the Mortgage Introducer team asked nominees a series of questions relating to the challenges they faced in the mortgage market.
The top brokers were determined and ranked based on the total value of residential loans settled in the 2021 calendar year, the number of loans, and year-on-year growth rates.
Other members of the MB Associates team, notably James Watson, Shaun De Moura and Neil Standring, also appeared in the final list of winners.
Acknowledging the efforts of her team, Monica credited her colleagues for their strong work ethic. ‘Everyone in the business is highly motivated to ensure they provide the best possible service for every client,’ she says. ‘Buying a house for the first time or moving to a new property can be very daunting. We try to take the stress out of the process and ensure that clients are kept updated throughout every stage of their mortgage application.’
Monica always aims to build long-term relationships with her clients. For Monica and her team, it’s never about a one-off interaction. ‘Clients come back to us time and time again, and we build long-term relationships that last for many years.’
