MB Associates founder, Monica Bradley, has achieved yet more recognition in her lengthy career as a top mortgage adviser.

Monica Bradley, Managing Director, founder, and owner of multiple-award-winning Cheam-based mortgage broker, MB Associates, has been recognised as being the Top Adviser by Mortgage Advice Bureau in the South of the United Kingdom for 2021. Mortgage Advice Bureau has over 1800 advisers nationwide.
Three other mortgage advisers from MB Associates have also placed within the top ten advisers in the region, notably Shaun De Moura who came fifth, James Watson who came seventh and Neil Standring who came tenth.
Monica says: ‘I am very honoured to be recognised in this way, as myself and my team have worked so hard, especially during the pandemic when we were all adapting to working from home and coping with new restrictions. We made a point of keeping in touch with our existing clients who had questions during the lockdowns while ensuring that all new clients received bespoke advice and the best possible service. I’d also like to extend my congratulations to my esteemed colleagues.’
Staying in touch
Regular client interaction and outstanding service are at the forefront of MB Associates’ company ethos. Monica adds: ‘We look at every client’s situation on an individual basis and we’re always at the end of the phone or quick to respond to emails to deal with any questions. No client query or concern is too small in our view. We also keep our clients updated on every stage of their mortgage application, so they know exactly what’s going on. Our aim is to always offer open, honest, seamless service.’
Monica has been working in financial services since 1987. Despite over three decades in the industry, she remains passionate about ensuring that clients pay the lowest amount of interest on their mortgage for the lifetime of its term, and often deals with three generations of families who recommend her to their loved ones.
